3. BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled and may still be charged.
We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments at our discretion.

4. SERVICES

All services are performed by qualified lash technicians in a safe, hygienic environment.
Results vary based on natural lashes and aftercare.
Aftercare instructions are provided post-service.
Poor aftercare may impact results and void refund claims.

5. RETAIL PRODUCTS

Products are for external use only.
Please check ingredients for sensitivities.
KQ & Co Beauty is not liable for misuse, reactions, or allergies.
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

This section applies to digital items such as online training, downloadable content, and guides.

Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically (via email, account login, or download link). Delivery is typically immediate upon successful payment.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be granted if:
- You were charged in error,
- You received a duplicate purchase, or
- The product is defective or inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end.
Licensing: Purchases grant you a single, non-transferable license for personal or business use. Redistribution, resale, or sharing without permission is prohibited.
Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary internet access, software, or device to use digital products.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Shipping times vary by location. Tracking information is provided upon dispatch.
KQ & Co Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES)

Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty or skincare items unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, including a photo and description for assessment.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Service refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
