SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

By placing an order with KQ & Co Beauty, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase, booking a service, or enrolling in a training course.
1. SHIPPING (Physical Products)
Made to Order
All products are made to order to ensure quality and freshness. Please allow for processing and production times in addition to delivery estimates.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship to the following regions and countries:

Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, and most EU/EEA countries (except restricted countries listed below)

⚠️ Restricted Destinations: We are not able to ship to certain countries (including Italy, Spain, Portugal, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Ukraine, Mexico, Indonesia, Malaysia, and others) unless the merchant obtains specific certifications. Orders placed to these countries may be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region and selected delivery method.

Customs, import duties, and local taxes may apply in your country. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

All parcels include tracking where available.
2. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We comply with global consumer laws, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal, US FTC shipping rules, and Australian/NZ consumer guarantees.
A. Products

Change of Mind: Refunds are not offered.

Eligible Returns: Refunds, exchanges, or store credits are available if your product is:

Faulty or defective

Significantly different from its description/sample

Not fit for purpose as described

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless faulty).
B. Services (Appointments)

All appointments require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your booking.

The deposit will be deducted from your total service fee on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel. Your deposit will be carried over to the new booking.

Cancellations/No-Shows: Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in your deposit being forfeited.

Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable for change of mind. If we cannot provide the service (e.g., illness, technical issue), you may reschedule, receive a credit, or request a full refund.

Adverse Reactions: Please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve appropriately.
C. Training Courses (Digital & In-Person)

All course enrolments require full payment upfront to secure your place.

No refunds are available for change of mind, inability to attend, or non-completion.

If a course is cancelled by KQ & Co, you may transfer into another course or request a full refund.
3. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS
To request a return, refund, store credit, or exchange:

Complete our Returns Form below.

Provide proof of purchase and details of your request.

Attach photos if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Submit within the required timeframe:

7 days for faulty/damaged items on delivery

14 days for all other eligible returns

Processing

We will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
-
For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
